Existing Bookings

Our team is on hand to communicate and discuss with you the details applicable to your specific booking. Responses to questions are being turned around mostly within 24 hours, sometimes 48 hours, and some may take longer.
Generally speaking, for guests with existing bookings, flexible measures include the following:
Postponement of travel dates without penalties until later in 2024, and often at 2023 rental rates for 2024 travel dates.

New Bookings

Enquiries for bookings with future travel dates also benefit from similar flexible measures and generally speaking include the following:
Postponement of travel dates without penalties until later in 2024 or 2025, and often at 2023 rental rates for 2024 travel dates.

Before and After your Trip

Travel Insurance:
We recommend you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance and personal liability insurance.

During your Trip

At the present time, flexible check-in and check-out times are rarely possible. This is to allow enough time for the property to undergo the enhanced hygiene protocol in addition to the traditional cleaning regime.
If you are delayed during your travel to destination, we will have provided you with a contact number and contact name who will be on hand to provide assistance at any point just prior to arrival and during your stay. Your dedicated consultant remains contactable when you and your guests are on location.

GENERAL FAQs

  • How does the booking process work?

    Check the availability of the property for the chosen dates and simply send us an enquiry.


    We'll send you a confirmation e-mail with details of your enquiry and one of our dedicated consultants will be in touch with you shortly afterwards.


    Once the availability is checked and you confirm that you want to book the property, an invoice will be issued and sent to you by e-mail. The invoice is valid for 48 hours and the property is "reserved" for you. The amount on the invoice must be paid within 48 hours in order to secure the booking and have the property booked for the chosen dates. If the payment is not confirmed within 48 hours, the property is available again for everyone and we can not assure you of its availability anymore. A new enquiry must be sent in order to check the availability and a new invoice will be issued.


    The booking will be confirmed just when the payment is received. Please note that bank transfers can take up to 2-3 business days.


    Please check your booking confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant identification document (ID Card or Passport).


    Once you're on holiday, you can rest assured that you will be looked after. We work with specially selected partners at destination with whom we are in constant contact to make sure your holiday goes smoothly.

  • How do I let you know about my special requirements?

    If you have any special requests, say champagne and flowers on arrival, a birthday cake, a cupboard stocked with staples, a yacht for a day, simply let us know before your arrival and will do our best to take care of it. The more we can personalise your holiday, the better.

  • How can I pay?

    For security reasons, we accept Bank to Bank transfers only. We do not accept cash payments, credit card, cheque or bank drafts.


    Please follow the payment instructions received on the invoice.

  • Can I pay cash on check-in?

    We do not accept payments in cash on check-in.


    In order to confirm the reservation of the property for the chosen dates, the payment must be made in full at the time of making the booking.

  • Is my money safe?

    Your money is safe with us as it is always received in a separate Client Account. All bookings made are protected for your financial security.

  • What are the total costs of a booking?

    The payment is structured like this:


    - Number of days booked x the rate applied according to the chosen dates


    - A Security / Damage refundable deposit


    We do not have hidden costs. There are no booking processing fees.


    The rates are not negotiable.

  • Can I cancel a booking prior my arrival?

    We try to offer our guests a flexible booking cancellation process. Any booking can be cancelled prior arrival.


    In case of booking cancellation, we have the right to receive compensation.


    The refund request will be processed within 24 hours and the amount to be refunded will be transferred by bank transfer within 72 hours.


    All cancellations must be notified in writing (by e-mail).

  • Can I change the dates of a booking?

    We are happy to offer you the possibility of changing the dates of your booking at any time (according to the available dates).

  • What if I am unhappy during my stay?

    Issues at the property are extremely rare. In the unlikely scenario, should you have a problem while at your accommodation, you should report this in the first instance to the property manager present on the check-in immediately. You'll find contact details on your booking confirmation. The property manager will be available and at your disposal during your stay 24/24 and 7/7, ready to assist you in case any problem arise.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately for the pets lovers, most of our managed properties do not allow pets but you can ask before booking and we will be happy to provide you the latest information on this topic.
